Think Something Here Infringes Your Copyright?
Send a notice through the contact page with the following information so I can look into it properly:
- A signature (physical or electronic) from the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them.
- What copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
- Where on the Site it appears, a link is the easiest way to point me to it.
- A way to reach you, at minimum an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use wasn’t authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that everything above is accurate and that you’re authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
What I’ll Do
Once I get a complete notice, I’ll review it and take down or restrict access to the material if the claim is valid.
Think Your Content Was Removed by Mistake?
You can send a counter-notice through the contact page with:
- Your signature.
- Where the material was located before it came down.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction in your local federal court.
Repeat Offenders
I reserve the right to remove content, and if needed, take further action against anyone who repeatedly infringes on others’ copyrights.
